Please allow 1–5 business days for all in-stock orders to be processed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery time begins after your order has been processed.

Please note delivery times may vary due to carrier delays.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.


Pre-Order Policy

Processing Time for Pre-Orders
Items listed as pre-order require additional time before shipment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive and prepare your pre-order item.
This timeframe does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping After Pre-Order Processing
Once your pre-order item is ready, it will ship according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when shipped.

Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Delays
Pre-order timeframes are estimates and may extend due to supplier or manufacturing delays. We will notify you if additional time is needed.
